These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you, as the registered player, and lov4d in relation to your access to and use of the lov4d website, account services, casino games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment facilities, and related features.

By registering an account, depositing funds, claiming a promotion, placing a wager, or otherwise using lov4d, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept every clause, you must not create an account or continue using the platform.

These terms must be read together with the lov4d Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling information. Where promotion-specific rules apply, those rules supplement these Terms & Conditions. If a direct conflict arises, the specific promotional rule will apply only to that promotion, while the remainder of these terms will continue in force.

For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions have the meanings set out below:

• “Account” means the personal player account created and verified for access to lov4d.
• “Bonus” means promotional credit, free spins, cashback, a deposit match, or another incentive made available subject to separate conditions.
• “KYC” means Know Your Customer identity and age verification procedures.
• “MYR” or “RM” means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary account currency offered to Malaysian players.
• “Platform” means the lov4d website and all games, betting markets, payment tools, support services, and account functions provided through it.
• “Player”, “you”, or “your” means the individual who registers for or uses a lov4d account.
• “Wager” means any stake placed on a casino game, slot, lottery product, arcade game, sports event, live football market, or other eligible outcome.
• “Wagering Requirement” means the total qualifying stake that must be placed before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

To register and maintain an account with lov4d, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 21 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of another person.
3. You are not accessing lov4d from a place where online gambling is prohibited for you.
4. The funds you deposit are lawfully owned or controlled by you and are not connected to criminal activity.
5. You are not an employee, contractor, game supplier, or immediate family member of a person whose role could provide an unfair advantage.
6. You are not currently self-excluded from lov4d and have not been informed that your access is restricted.

Meeting the minimum age does not automatically mean that online gambling is lawful in your location. It remains your responsibility to understand the rules that apply to you before using lov4d.

4.1 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, current, and accurate registration information. This may include your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, email address, and payment details. Malaysian players may be asked to present a valid MyKad or another accepted identity document.

4.2 One Account per Player

Only one lov4d account is permitted per individual, household, device, payment method, and shared network unless prior approval has been provided. Duplicate or linked accounts may be restricted, merged, or closed. Bonuses or winnings obtained through duplicate accounts may be removed.

4.3 Verification Checks

lov4d may conduct identity, age, address, payment ownership, source-of-funds, fraud prevention, and security checks. A withdrawal may remain pending while reasonable verification is completed. Failure to provide clear and authentic documents may result in account restriction.

4.4 Account Security

You are responsible for protecting your username, password, and verification codes. Do not share access credentials with any person. Activity completed through your correctly authenticated account will generally be treated as authorised by you unless lov4d has been notified of suspected compromise.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Available Malaysian methods may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Availability, limits, and processing times may differ by account and method.

• The standard minimum deposit may begin from RM30, but the amount shown in your cashier at the time of payment will apply.
• lov4d does not accept responsibility for fees imposed independently by your bank, card issuer, e-wallet provider, or telecommunications provider.
• A deposit may be rejected, reversed, or held for review where the payer name does not match the verified account holder.
• Deposits are intended for genuine gameplay and must not be used as a substitute for banking, remittance, or money-transfer services.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or false payment disputes may lead to account suspension and recovery of reasonable costs.

Your lov4d balance is not a bank account and does not earn interest. Funds should be used only for permitted gaming and betting activity. Where a technical or payment-provider error causes an incorrect credit, lov4d may correct the balance after reviewing the transaction record.

Withdrawals are normally returned through an approved method in the verified account holder’s name. Where practical, lov4d may require funds to be paid back through the same payment channel used for deposit. Alternative methods may be offered where the original method cannot receive payouts.

6.1 Conditions Before Payment

A withdrawal may be processed only after:

• Your identity, age, address, and payment ownership have been verified to lov4d’s reasonable satisfaction.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirement has been completed.
• All relevant deposits have cleared and are not subject to reversal or dispute.
• Your account is in good standing and no security, fraud, or gameplay review remains unresolved.
• The requested amount falls within the minimum, maximum, and daily transaction limits shown in your account.

6.2 Processing Time

Published processing times are estimates rather than guarantees. E-wallet withdrawals may often be completed within 5 minutes, DuitNow or FPX payments may take approximately 5–15 minutes, and standard bank transfers may take 15–60 minutes after approval. Verification, bank maintenance, public holidays, peak periods, or third-party outages may cause delays.

Bonuses are discretionary promotional benefits and do not form part of your cash balance unless the relevant wagering conditions have been met. Every lov4d promotion may carry its own eligibility rules, minimum deposit, maximum reward, wagering multiplier, expiry period, game contribution rate, maximum permitted bet, and cash-out limit.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement indicates how many times the relevant bonus, deposit, or combined amount must be wagered before bonus-related winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a RM100 bonus with an X15 requirement requires RM1,500 in qualifying bets. Slots may contribute 100%, while Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, or other table games may contribute at a lower rate or be excluded.

7.2 Bonus Restrictions

• Only one bonus may be claimed per eligible player, household, device, network, or payment method unless stated otherwise.
• Placing opposite bets, covering substantially every outcome, using low-risk patterns, or otherwise attempting to avoid genuine wagering may be treated as bonus abuse.
• Exceeding the stated maximum bet while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and related winnings being removed.
• Unused bonuses expire at the end of the period stated in the offer, which may commonly be 7, 14, or 30 days.
• lov4d may withdraw or amend a promotion before acceptance, but changes will not unfairly remove a benefit already earned under completed conditions.

You should review the applicable promotion terms before opting in. If you do not understand a wagering condition, contact support before depositing or placing a qualifying bet.

A wager becomes valid when it is accepted and recorded by the lov4d system. You must check the selection, stake, odds, market, and potential return before confirming a bet. Once accepted, a wager cannot normally be changed or cancelled at the player’s request.

8.1 Casino and Slot Games

Casino and slot outcomes are determined by the applicable game rules, certified random number generation, or live dealer result. If your device disconnects after a wager has been accepted, the result recorded by the game server will remain valid. Interrupted rounds will be completed or resolved according to the game supplier’s rules.

8.2 Sports Markets

Sports wagers, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, live football, Asian Handicap, and Over-Under markets, are settled according to the official result and the market rules displayed by lov4d. Overtime, penalties, abandoned matches, venue changes, and postponed events are treated according to the relevant sport and market rules.

8.3 Obvious Errors

lov4d may correct or void a wager affected by an obvious pricing, market, display, settlement, or technical error where the odds or outcome could not reasonably have been intended. Any correction will be based on available system records and applied consistently.

The lov4d transaction log and server records will be treated as authoritative evidence of account activity unless a clear technical fault is established.

You must not use lov4d to engage in conduct that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Registering with false, incomplete, stolen, or misleading personal information.
• Opening duplicate accounts or using another person’s account, identity, bank account, card, or e-wallet.
• Colluding with other players, fixing outcomes, using inside information, or coordinating bets to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Using bots, scripts, automated wagering tools, artificial intelligence agents, data-scraping software, or unauthorised technical assistance.
• Exploiting game faults, delayed data, pricing errors, payment errors, or any platform vulnerability.
• Engaging in money laundering, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, identity theft, or transactions unrelated to genuine play.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing lov4d employees, support agents, dealers, or other players.
• Attempting to bypass a responsible gambling restriction, self-exclusion, location control, or account security measure.

lov4d provides gambling services for adult entertainment only. Gambling must never be treated as a source of guaranteed income, a way to recover financial losses, or a substitute for employment. Every player should set a budget and stop when that budget is reached.

Available account controls may include deposit limits, cooling-off periods, session reminders, and self-exclusion. A request for self-exclusion will be applied for the selected period, subject to identity checks. You must not attempt to reopen, duplicate, or access an account while an exclusion remains active.

Reasonable technical and organisational controls are used to protect account information, including encrypted connections and restricted access. By using lov4d, you consent to security and verification checks reasonably necessary to protect players and the platform. lov4d aims to provide a stable and secure service but does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available. Scheduled maintenance, telecommunications failures, payment-provider outages, game-provider interruptions, device faults, or events outside reasonable control may affect access.

You are responsible for maintaining a suitable internet connection and compatible device. lov4d is not responsible for a wager you intended to place but did not successfully submit, or for an account instruction not received by the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lov4d will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct.

Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss. Odds and RTP figures describe probabilities over time and do not guarantee any individual result. You accept sole responsibility for wagers voluntarily placed through your account.

You may request closure of your lov4d account by contacting support. Before closure, any eligible cash balance will be returned after outstanding wagers, verification requirements, payment reversals, and account reviews have been resolved.

lov4d may temporarily restrict or permanently close an account where reasonably necessary to investigate a security concern, comply with a legal obligation, enforce these terms, protect a vulnerable player, prevent fraud, or respond to prohibited conduct.

Where practicable and lawful, lov4d will provide a reason for permanent closure. Closure does not remove obligations or liabilities that arose before termination. Clauses relating to payments, prohibited conduct, privacy, liability, and dispute records will survive account closure where necessary.

lov4d may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect operational changes, security needs, new products, payment methods, regulatory expectations, or improvements to player protection. The effective date shown at the top of this page indicates when the current version applies.

Material changes may be communicated through an account notice or a prominent platform message. Continued use of lov4d after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree with a revision, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.

No failure or delay by lov4d in enforcing a term will constitute a waiver. If any clause is held invalid or unenforceable, that clause will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining terms will continue in effect.
